[PRQ#45527] Deletion Request for python-asciichart

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-asciichart [2]: This Python module fro 2020 should have been named python- asciichartpy, because asciichart is a different, discontinued module. [a] But I recommend deletion chiefly because as it turns out, upstream has not developed the Python module since 2020, and instead, only works on a nodejs module, created in the same GitHub repo [b], for which the last commit is from Jun 2023 as of this writing. [b] Readme and documentation/examples only show nodejs usage.
