[PRQ#75624] Orphan Request for coreutils-uutils

oech3 [1] filed an orphan request for coreutils-uutils [2]: Build stty binary just panics and aborts, and replace core of system by the broken one. I sent a PR with a workaround to maintainer's repo 1 week ago+. But no resopnse. Maintainer seems inactive even for other packages.
