[PRQ#69862] Deletion Request for empathy

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for empathy [2]: Build is broken. If built with depends=folks-telepathy-git, it is broken during runtime. Was deleted on 25 March 2024 (PRQ#49366), and got resubmitted without a fix. Upstream is EOL since 3 years ago and archived.
