[PRQ#49385] Deletion Request for isoimagewriter-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for isoimagewriter-git [2]: Broken VCS package, uses default CMake configuration of the code, which is for Qt5/KF5, but due to repo's recent renaming of those to have "5" as suffix (or "-qt5" in case of qgpgme), this package now has mismatching dependencies - some of them are Qt5/KF5, others Qt6/KF6. Maintainer expressed unwillingness to rectify the issue, also evidencing a lack of care which leads to technical incompetence. But it's actually safe to delete this package: no sign of usage; last comment apart from maintainer's is from 2017.
