[PRQ#59578] Deletion Request for ucloner

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ucloner [2]: EOL beta version from 2010. Has been failing packaging for years due to wrong checksum. If that PKGBUILD issue is resolved, it can be built and run, but it fails to create a fully functional and self-contained backup of Arch Linux. Not useful to keep.
