[PRQ#46591] Orphan Request for filegdb-api

alireza6677 [1] filed an orphan request for filegdb-api [2]: I am the maintainer of 'gdal-libkml-filegdb' and my package requires 'filegdb-api' as a dependency but I cannot use it since it hasn't been updated for years, fails to build and already has an active orphan request, so I include the library files directly in my package which is not the best solution. Since the author hasn't responded to previous requests and comments, I request it becomes orphaned so i could adopt it and publish a fix so that other packages be able use it as a dependency.
