[PRQ#46351] Deletion Request for perl6-file-directory-tree

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl6-file-directory-tree [2]: Orphan, broken Perl6 package from 2017. Upstream not actually developed since that year [a], and their CI system also shows build failure. [b] Only a few also-orphan and broken AUR packages from same submitter depend on this. I am submitting deletion requests for them as well. (Most of them also have archived repos at this point.)
