MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for iotop-git [2]: Dead package from 2015. Flagged as broken on Python 3.11 since 2023-06-29. Arch/extra repo still carries a corrected, working stable release, and a C language based, drop-in compatible newer reimplementation.
