[PRQ#57947] Deletion Request for libselinux-python2

      MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libselinux-python2 [2]:

Useless to keep this. Python2 is not supported anymore by upstream
selinux.
The companion package selinux-python2 (del req: PRQ#52418) and its
python2-audit depends (del req: PRQ#57946) are already unbuildable.

And system-config-users is an EOL, broken GNOME2-only tool (del req:
PRQ#52416).

Safe to delete this obsolete package now.
