[PRQ#41758] Deletion Request for ffmpeg-ndi

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ffmpeg-ndi [2]: Orphaned since a year ago. An alternative build of [extra] ffmpeg but still one major version behind. It was a mod which reverted a commit in order to enable "Newteck NDI I/O support", which was apparently dropped by FFMPEG project. In July 2022 the former owner of this AUR package orphaned it, and declared that they don't have time to maintain it anymore. No one commented since that time, and there is only 1 vote. The package has not even been flagged as out-of-date despite it clearly is. So I recommend deleting this niche and abandoned package.
