[PRQ#44375] Deletion Request for xtitle-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for xtitle-git [2]: Unneeded VCS package: upstream not developed since 2019. [a] So this package is on the exact same version as the stable AUR/xtitle package. The latter at least uses the tagged git version, this one just counts the commits to generate pkgver.
