[aur-requests] [PRQ#16879] Deletion Request for matrix-nio

diabonas [1] filed a deletion request for matrix-nio [2]: This is a fresh duplicate of the already existing python-nio AUR package, the latter is maintained directly by the upstream author. In contrast to the older package, the duplicate also doesn't specify the necessary Python dependencies correctly. Note that matrix-nio has already been deleted previously in favour of python-nio, see PRQ#16074 (https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/aur- requests/2019-September/033852.html).
