[PRQ#52520] Deletion Request for mate-notification-daemon-gtk2

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mate-notification-daemon- gtk2 [2]: MATE-Gtk2 is EOL since 2017, and the majority of its components fail to build on current Arch Linux.
