[PRQ#68481] Deletion Request for ruby-thor-0.20

dbermond [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-thor-0.20 [2]: I'm the maintainer of the package. This was needed for ruby-ceedling 0.31.1, but now ruby-ceedling 1.0.0 does not need it anymore and the package can be deleted.
