[PRQ#61840] Orphan Request for godot-cpp

tonitch [1] filed an orphan request for godot-cpp [2]: Godot 4.2.2 has been released 5 month ago and extra/godot is on 4.2.2 so this mean this package isn't compatible and should be updated.
