[PRQ#49691] Deletion Request for qtox-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qtox-git [2]: qTox development has discontinued after mid-2022, and the GitHub repo got archived in Feb 2023. [a] Not useful to keep this abandoned AUR package from 2018. Arch repo still has the last qtox stable release.
