MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for qtcreator-cppcheck-plugin [2]: Cleanup of long-broken, long-abandoned, unused Qt Creator plugins. This one does not depend on the expected 'qtcreator-devel', available in extra repo. SourceForge project defunct since 2017, but the newer GitHub repo is also discontinued since 2019 and archived since 2020.
