[aur-requests] [PRQ#8491] Orphan Request for python-pymc3

oschoudhury [1] filed a orphan request for python-pymc3 [2]: The current maintainer has not updated this package despite a request last January. I am willing to adopt this package and the corresponding python-pymc3-git package. The git package is missing dependencies.
