[aur-requests] [PRQ#36067] Deletion Request for pasteall

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pasteall [2]: Orphaned Python 2 package, last updated in 2016. Tool has been discontinued in 2013; its GitHub repo is now archived.
