[PRQ#42664] Deletion Request for python-spotify

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-spotify [2]: Libspotify access is blocked by Spotify since 2022. [a] Therefore no application can access any Spotify data or media through it anymore. The sole dependent of this package, python-spotify-ripper-git, is therefore also defunct (deletion request already submitted).
