[PRQ#52102] Deletion Request for stlport

PlasticSoup [1] filed a deletion request for stlport [2]: Package does not build. Build errors may be issues with newer versions of gcc. While using an older version may work, upstream has been inactive for 15 years and there isn't any apparent interest for this package.
