[PRQ#49910] Deletion Request for soapyosmo-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for soapyosmo-git [2]: Abandoned, broken VCS package from 2017. Also, upstream not maintained since 3.5+ years. [a] I recommend deletion based on the above, and because there's only one user comment, from 2021. Repo carries the last release, which is almost identical to the master version.
