[PRQ#45626] Deletion Request for webdesktop-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for webdesktop-bin [2]: This is an empty template web application, whose source was created as an example and as a project starting point. [a] Its repo should be cloned/forked and then developer can add their own web application content. It is useless to package this either from binary release or from source. Similarly as one doesn't (or at least shouldn't) put a 'Hello World' application on AUR.
