[PRQ#43565] Deletion Request for python2-storm

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-storm [2]: I suggest to delete this unneeded Python2 library. Its last consumer was downpour, but that has been broken since at least 1.5 years, and is now submitted for deletion (PRQ#43564).
