[PRQ#68872] Deletion Request for liblikely-git

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for liblikely-git [2]: In addition to being very outdated (broken git:// protocol for three years, declared sources are 404 (e.g. gitorious)), it fails to build directly from git sources [0] following the README instructions (cmake chokes with a LLVM related error). Upstream homepage is 404 and last commit was 9 years ago. The PKGBUILD has also not been touched in almost 10 years. No votes, no comments, no reverse dependencies. Safe to delete.
