[PRQ#43769] Deletion Request for python2-rsgislib

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-rsgislib [2]: Quite irreparably broken, deprecated Python2 library. Last updated in 2018; source is now 404. Missing the undeclared boost-python2 and python2-gdal dependencies. Its core binary dependency GDAL no longer supports Python2 bindings. And for the old Python2 bindings in AUR, there is no matching GDAL build. I recommend deleting this defunct package. Finally it seems the Python3 version of the arcsi toolkit and its Python dependencies, available on AUR, have caught up with each other and with the current version of gdal in repo.
