[PRQ#74912] Deletion Request for kumono Rejected

Request #74912 has been Rejected by Muflone [1]: I believe these arguments should be discussed on the mailing lists before. I'm not for deleting a package (which is not distributed from AUR) because it may violate some law somewhere [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/Muflone/
