[aur-requests] [PRQ#8576] Orphan Request for ruby-gollum

bertptrs [1] filed a orphan request for ruby-gollum [2]: This package has been out of date for quite some time, and there are a few problems with the packaging itself. I left a comment with the outlined problems a month ago, and sent an email to the maintainer. He has thus far been unresponsive. I'd like to take over as the maintainer for this package.
