[PRQ#48484] Orphan Request for dex-idp

AlexBocken [1] filed an orphan request for dex-idp [2]: The maintainer has not updated the package in two years. I'm assuming that at this point we can assume the maintainer to be MIA and further attempts of contacting him are not necessary. I took a look at the PKGBUILD and just incrementing the pkgver would already build successfully. I would love to adopt the package myself and keep it up to date.
