[PRQ#78194] Deletion Request for moltengamepad-git

xiota [1] filed a deletion request for moltengamepad-git [2]: Upstream not in usable state. Won't be fixed. MoltenGamepad has been discontinued and switched maintainers a few times. I was planning to revive it, but have found it is too complicated for what I want. So it is discontinued, again.
