[PRQ#48563] Merge Request for glew1.13

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge glew1.13 [2] into glew-1.13.0 [3]: Eliminating duplication. 'glew1.13' is an orphan pkg from 2016, and has a problem with its source URL. 'glew-1.13.0' is 2 years newer and still has a maintainer. And its download works.
