[PRQ#50025] Deletion Request for python-pypowervm

      MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pypowervm [2]:

Cleanup of unneeded package after the deletion of its sole consumer,
openstack-nova, abandoned on AUR, broken since 2021-09 (PRQ#50005).

(Seems no one wants to maintain a hundred or more Openstack server
related Python builds on AUR since 1.5-2 years ago. PyPI is the best
source for these frequently updated modules.)
