[PRQ#37603] Orphan Request for omegat

Ovear [1] filed an orphan request for omegat [2]: OmegaT 4.3.3 was released months ago, and this package flagged as outdated half-year. The previous orphan request was sent two weeks but no update. Please consider orphan this package, and I will try to upgrade this package since its maintainer no longer active.
