[PRQ#62352] Deletion Request for gwaei

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gwaei [2]: Broken for 3+ years due to relying on the defunct gnome-doc-utils. The latter has received updates to make it buildable, but it still fails during runtime. This package was flagged for being broken on 2023-12-20.
