[PRQ#47126] Deletion Request for pyparticles

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pyparticles [2]: Discontinued simple CPU based particle mechanics simulation app written in Python2 and rendered with OpenGL; last released in 2012. I recommend deletion, as it seems not used by anyone. There are maintained and more capable and performant alternatives.
