[PRQ#67192] Deletion Request for rainbow-cm-git

FabioLolix [1] filed a deletion request for rainbow-cm-git [2]: A gtk2 clipboard manager, alternatives don't lack. Cleanup of SDE related packages 0 votes, only one my comment on upload day 2023-05-22 for packaging improvement which have been ignored, this maintainer seem to have been active only on that day.
