[PRQ#43980] Deletion Request for jasper-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for jasper-bin [2]: This binary jasperapp/jasper package has to be deleted and if needed, resubmitted under a different name, maybe jasperapp. Because its name clashes with a totally unrelated library, jasper, availabe in repo, and its AUR counterparts jasper-git, lib32-jasper and mingw-w64-jasper. @zxp19821005, please kindly try to act with more due diligence in the future to ensure this name confusion doesn't happen when you upload packages. Also please strive to primarily upload source-based builds for open- source tools like this one, and don't (just) upload -bin / -appimage packages. Thank you.
