[PRQ#45235] Deletion Request for lib32-libunwind-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-libunwind-git [2]: Abandoned orphan VCS package from 2020. With non-monotonic pkgver(). But it seems there is not much interest in maintaining it here.
