[PRQ#45935] Orphan Request for paru Rejected

Request #45935 has been Rejected by fabiscafe [1]: 1.11.2 is only a rebuild for the binary version to have openssl3. That's something you get if you build 1.11.1 from source (this PKGBUILD).
