[aur-requests] [PRQ#7686] Merge Request for chirp

ArchangeGabriel [1] filed a request to merge chirp [2] into chirp-hg [3]: chirp is now build from mercurial, so those should be merged. They is a lot of talk happening in the package comments currently, but I open this so that it will be done that way in the end (rather than deleted as requested before by someone else).
