[aur-requests] [PRQ#26195] Orphan Request for bart-git

Nordwin [1] filed an orphan request for bart-git [2]: I am a developer of bart and would like to take over maintenance of this package. The original package no longer builds, has not been updated since 2019, and the original submitter has not responded to comments, such as my questions from March of last year.
