[PRQ#59757] Orphan Request for mtkclient-git

xiota [1] filed an orphan request for mtkclient-git [2]: Maintainer is MIA, not responding to comments or flags since Dec 2023. Maintainer was notified this package is broken early Mar 2024. Someone posted a potential solution at that time. Since package has been broken for nearly two months, it should be considered unmaintained. It should be orphaned so someone else can fix it.
