[PRQ#49749] Deletion Request for shadowsocksr-libev-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for shadowsocksr-libev-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2017. A user reported in 2021 that it is failing the ld phase. The linked solution commit (supposedly from another fork) is gone (404). The currently used source fork is not maintained since 2017.
