[aur-requests] [PRQ#1743] Merge Request for keepasshttp

ultraviolet [1] filed a request to merge keepasshttp [2] into keepass-plugin-http [3]: this package is confusingly named, outdated, and does not follow convention for keepass plugin location. keepass-plugin-http is the proper name for this package (see keepass-plugin-rpc). i have added that package, updated the commit hash, and changed the install location to /usr/share/keepass/plugins/http/ from /usr/share/keepass/. therefore i feel keepasshttp should be removed and its metadata/comments merged into keepass-plugin-http.
