[aur-requests] [PRQ#3346] Orphan Request for ptex

richardlayman [1] filed a orphan request for ptex [2]: I flagged the package out-of-date six weeks ago and emailed the package developer at the same time offering to take over the package so I could update it to the latest version but never got a reply.
