I thought it would be a better idea to request deletion of all these packages at once in one email, because I didn't want to spam the mailing list with 6 separate deletion requests. Should I submit separate deletion requests via the AUR interface for all those packages after all or does this email suffice?

There is a link on the right hand side of every package page in the AUR to
"Submit Request". This is how you request a package be deleted.
