[PRQ#46220] Deletion Request for texlive-latexindent-meta

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for texlive-latexindent-meta [2]: Unnecessary meta-package from 2018. `latexindent` is part of `texlive- binextra`. This has `perl-yaml-tiny` and `perl-file-homedir` as optional dependencies for `latexindent` which makes this meta-package useless. Also, it is out of date according to the comments.
