[PRQ#47923] Deletion Request for libmediawiki-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libmediawiki-git [2]: gwenview and spectacle stopped using libkipi since KDE Gear release 22.04.0. [a] This KDE library was a plugin for kipi, therefore it is (was) a dependency of kde's kipi-plugins. Arch dropped this package in April 2022 to AUR, as from then on, no KDE Gear app is able to use it It is pointless to keep this in AUR. There are no consumers either among or outside of KDE apps.
