[PRQ#53000] Deletion Request for vim-erlang_detectvariables

PlasticSoup [1] filed a deletion request for vim- erlang_detectvariables [2]: PKGBUILD file has had DOS line endings since at least 2010-5-10. Since no one has ever adopted and fixed the package in nearly 14 years it should be safe to delete.
