[PRQ#64118] Orphan Request for clac

snit [1] filed an orphan request for clac [2]: Maintainer packaged this as a -git package in 2018, and hasn't properly fixed it since then, despite multiple requests to do so. I'd like to adopt the package so I can merge it into clac-git, and then properly tie this one to the latest release (0.3.4, at the moment).
